At first sight, this one looks a tricky marriage. But those food geeks at Ben & Jerry’s have only gone and married dough and dessert to create London’s first ice cream bagel!

Basically, their classic ice cream slapped between a soft, chewy bagel.

There’s two flavours to choose from: the sweet toothed and curious can opt for the ‘Birthday Bagel’ – a pink pastry filled with signature Vanilla Cake Batter Ice Cream, cake pieces and sprinkles. Or you can plump for for the ‘Holey Cara-moley’ – ‘Double Caramel Brownie’  ice cream with salted caramel swirl and chocolate brownies, topped with gooey caramel sauce in a salty pretzel bagel.

The limited edition goodies will only be available in Soho for a couple of weeks so if you’re intrigued, you’ll need to get a move on.

Fun fact:  Did you know founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield initially planned on launching a bagel delivery service in New York but opted for ice cream instead? You’re welcome.
