Bollywood comes to London on Saturday in this celebration of Sikh and Punjabi culture.

Vaisakhi at Trafalgar Square is a festival of south Asian tradition culture and heritage. There’ll be music and dance on the specially made stage, delicious street food to try and a chance to learn about the history of these ancient religions.

It’s not just the grown ups who’ll be hogging the fun. Little ones will have chance to learn how to tie a turban, try out some Gatka moves (traditional Sikh martial art) plus arts and crafts. Other highlights include story telling and puppet making.

Everyone swinging by can tuck in to some FREEBIE small bites and Indian tea. Now all we need is some sunshine!
