Everyone’s welcome at Shnauzerfest at Hampstead Heath. If you’ve got a Schnauzer – or indeed any dog – you’re invited to pop in and take part. There’s an ‘Honesty Box’ approach so whatever you can raise will be gladly accepted.

If you’re West this Sunday hit up this usually private part of Chiswick House at the Kitchen Garden Open Day.
The walled space – normally closed to the public – has some beautiful flowers and extensive manicured gardens to enjoy. Just pop in.

Head for a historical afternoon at four FREE walking tours across the capital at Local London Guiding Day.
Some of London’s guiding associations will be offering walks on the theme of Victorian innovation. Highlights include discovering Victorian legacy at King’s Cross, engineers who transformed the City of London and a meander through Marylebone finding out about education and housing reformers.
Guides will be casting a light on Charles Dickens and Conan Doyle among many others. Walks on the hour every hour so you could do all four!
