Sunday’s Southbank day out will kick off with a procession from youth organisation Kinetika Bloco plus there’ll be a chance to see 11-piece ensemble Dat Brass. Oh and why not learn some new moves from Swing Patrol then put your new skills to the test at a dance battle!

Staying on the River, get set for a family friendly FREE festival combining music, yoga, dance and DJs. The National Theatre’s River Stage Festival Weekend is celebrating with a final party weekender to close the 2019 festival.
Highlights on the specially built stage include tunes from Mrs H and the Sing-Along Band (pictured above) a live set from Tottenham’s Empire Sounds, Some Voices choir and a gratis Sunday lunchtime yoga class.

Grab the little ones and head north for a fun filled – and FREE – extravaganza at the RAF Museum’s Family Festival of Flight.
There’ll be loads on including a birds of prey flying display, a hot air balloon lift off, paper plane challenges and you’ll even be able to dress up as a RAF pilot. It’s all part of the Hendon museum’s Summer of Spitfire.

Head East for an afternoon of traditional tunes, colourful dress and Asian culture; Waltham Forest Mela is here.
Highlights at Sunday’s event includes a live performance from the legendary Apache Indian, a fashion show, spoken word performances plus a stunning display from Bhagya Laxmi Bollywood Dancers.
There’ll be South Asian street food, kabbadi fun plus a fun fair for the kids.
