Get your dancing shoes on and make straight for the EFG London Jazz Festival at the Southbank.
The week long festival will feature plenty of FREE events to enjoy. Highlights this weekend musical demo from youth group Kinetika Bloco (pictured above), a FREE concert from South African icon Miriam Makeba and a female only improv workshop.

In the mood for some unusual theatre? Presented by Degenerate Fox The Dirty Thirty is a collection of thirty original plays, and a valiant attempt to perform them all in just one hour. These plays will include comedy, dramatic monologues, intricate dances, games and songs.
Comic and creative Director, Desiree Burch, featured on BBC2’s “The Mash Report” will be joining them onstage. Tickets for students and low income are a tenner and cash only.

Get set for the Xmas with a unique shopping fest in east London at the adults only Queer Fayre at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen.
The £3 ticket gives guests access to two rooms of fun. Load up on everything LGBTQ including arts and crafts, pottery, jam, books, clothes, sex related items and more. There’ll be DJs spinning tunes and a tot of mulled wine to keep you warm. (Too soon?)

Celebrate our loveliest little friends in their time of need this Saturday at a fundraising day for British hedgehogs!
Hedgefest at the Sebright Arms Pub in Hackney will feature face painting, live music, poetry, warming food and drinks. Festivities are FREE but donations to help the beautiful beasts are more than welcome. Sadly, numbers are down by 50% in 20 years.
