For one day this half-term an Italian restaurant is giving out tasty bowls of FREE pasta dishes. All day. Emilia’s Crafted Pasta in Aldgate is dishing up the goodies to anyone who wants some to celebrate World Pasta Day on Friday.

How to carb load? Just rock up as there’s no reservations for this one and – depending on the time you arrive – be prepared to queue. It’s one each per sitting so if you’re super keen that’s lunch AND supper sorted!
