The two-day weekend event is being held in Islington and will be a fantastic celebration of food and travel – with a curated line-up of chefs, food writers, sommeliers and experts representing cuisine from across the globe.

Visit the Main Stage to see top chefs like TV MasterChef John Torode, 2005 MasterChef winner Thomasina Miers and chef/restaurateur Asma Khan showcasing their cooking skills.
Join cookbook authors from Andi Oliver, and Coinneach MacLeod to Mandy Yin in Speakers’ Corner as they discuss their latest releases.
· Head to the Wine & Spirits Theatre and sample the best from California, Portugal Montenegro to the prosecco region of Italy.
Learn how to make local specialties from Thessaloniki, Louisiana, Ecuador and beyond in our Cinnamon and Saffron Masterclass Theatres.
· Source ingredients and sample delicious street food in the Marketplace.
