This is a FREE lunch in two very good senses of the word. Not only does it cost zero money it’s also produced zero waste.

The MOB truck (check out their recipes) is parking up in Covent Garden on Friday lunchtime and will be distributing three hours of delicious veggie dishes made from ingredients that would normally end up in the bin.

In order to claim your meal, you either need to pitch up with your own tupperware OR donate a meal to a hungry child via The World Food Programme’s Share The Meal app.

As it costs just 35p to provide a child with food for a day be honest there’s no reason you can’t manage both the tupperware and donate.
