Want to create your perfect ice cream? Well now you can at the new Esquimau Choc Ice Bar. The Marylebone pop-up – created by Belgian sorbet specialist Pierre Marcolini – is giving sweet tooth fans the chance to mix their dessert and cover it with a topping of their choice. We give you; the esquimau!
Diners can choose to dip their chocolate, vanilla, caramel or white sesame ice cream in to one of six toppings; including white chocolate and toasted cocunut, toasted halzelnut and fleur de sel or milk chocolate and almond. Just tell the server which hybrid you hanker after and they’ll do the rest!
