Rejoice, Japanese food fans! One newly-opened restaurant is celebrating International Sushi Day in the best way possible by giving out dozens of FREE plates of sushi.

Yep, swanky Soho hotspot, INKO NITO will be dishing up 100 freebie dishes of wholesome and healthy ‘Nigaki’ to all comers.

The Nigaki is a twist on a traditional sushi using roasted nori, sticky rice and a variety of toppings, including spicy shrimp with Korean miso, Portland crab or avocado and yuzu (pictured above). Customers can simply select which they fancy – while stocks last, of course.

It’s first come first served so expect to queue, but there’s a delicious snack for the lucky and patient!
