If the kids need entertaining give them a taste of history and explore the capital’s Victorian streets at Layers of London at the Barbican.
Visitors to the Museum of London are all invited to digitally trace round buildings and colour in local streets to bring the 19th Century capital back to life. Kids (from 6+) can see how London’s landmarks have changed over time. Fascinating stuff.

Brent’s become London Borough of Culture and they’re having a FREE party (come rain or shine) to celebrate.
Saturday’s RISE – Brent 2020 Opening Event includes a community cast of hundreds telling the story of the north west London neighbourhood – and all the people who live there – through dance, theatre and an amazing light shows. And all in the shadow of world famous Wembley Stadium.
