Get ready for a fortnight of FREE film screenings, parties, Q+A sessions and fancy dress shindigs; the Streatham Free Film Festival is back.

Now in its 5th year, the quirky gala will be holding events at a variety of spots across SW16. Highlights this September include a showing of Elton John biopic Rocketman with an after party, a Spinal Tap screening and 80s dress up do plus a film quiz in a local pub.

There’ll also be a Q+A from legendary record producer Sir Lloyd Coxsone plus a viewing of environmentally focused film Ten Billion (trailer above) as well as a post film conversation in Streatham library.

It’s family friendly too. Kids can enjoy a Spider-Man showing plus an outdoor screening of Mary Poppins. All in, something for everyone.
