Get ready for two weeks of spectacular shows, dance displays and kids activities; the Greenwich + Docklands International Festival is here.

Never been? In a nutshell, it’s a gala of outdoor theatre and performing arts staged across south east London and Canary Wharf.

FREE highlights this year include a dramatic all female stilt performance, a dazzling fantasy puppet show and an interactive crashing roller-coaster.

As always there’ll be street food stalls to keep you fed and watered before culminating in a grand fireworks closing ceremony. In short, there’s something for everyone.
