How’s about this for a money saving hack? One Chinese pancake specialist is handing out crepes for just a quid!

Staff at The Pleasant Lady Jian Bing Trading Stall’s new site in Spitalfields Market will be dishing up portions of their signature jian bing pancakes. Filled with Iberico Char Siu Pork, Miso Chicken or Cumin Spiced Lamb they’re all on the mega cheap for their opening three days. It’s all to celebrate the eaterie’s migration east (there’s already a slot in Soho).

The crepe specialists clearly didn’t worry about brevity when choosing a name but at these prices we’ll let them off. (Snacks are usually £6 so it’s a whopping saving.)
