When we say this new pop up restaurant looks absolute rubbish, we mean it in the best possible way.

The brainchild of eco-chef Tom Hunt and upcycling expert Max McMurdo, The Rubbish Cafe  is designed to highlight the unnecessary trash we all chuck out each year. Londoners can go along and eat for FREE provided they pay in unwanted waste.

The only currency accepted will be garbage; anything from drinks cans to soup containers. This is quite literally paying with plastic!

Look out for a zero waste, delicious sounding vegan and vegetarian menu featuring wild rice dishes, grain bowls, kale topped salads and banana breads.
